A job isn't on my phone
Your phone shows the jobs you are on the crew for, and nothing else. When one is missing, it is nearly always one of these.
Steps
- Ask the office to check you are on the job. On the web, the job's Crew must list you. On Dispatch, a job in Needs scheduling has no day or nobody on it; the office drags it onto your row.
- Sync. Tap Sync now on the bar at the bottom of the screen. The bar says Up to date and the time when it is done.
- Look at Sync and diagnostics. Tap the menu at the top of the home screen, then Sync and diagnostics. Under Last syncs, OK means the phone reached the office. Offline or Failed means it did not. Find a signal, then pull down on that screen or tap Sync now.
- Check the company. The top of the home screen shows the company's name and who is signed in. If it is the wrong one, tap the menu, then Sign out, and sign in again. If you work for more than one company, the phone asks Which company?: pick the right one.
Good to know
- Today's jobs are under Today. Jobs with a later date, or no date yet, are under Coming up. Finished work moves to Earlier.
- The office puts you on the crew by the email you sign in with. If you sign in with a different email, ask them to check it.
- With no signal, the list says it fills in once there is a connection. The first sign-in on a phone always needs a connection.
- If Sign out warns that work has not reached the office, tap Stay signed in and sync first. See the article below.
