The customer's own page

Every customer has a page of their own, with their estimates, bills and visits. There is no password: the link you send is theirs alone.

Steps

On the web, open Customers and open the customer.
Under Their own page, click Email it to them, or click Copy link to send it another way.
To send one thing, use Email to customer on a bill or on an estimate that has been presented. The email links straight to it on their page.

Answer an estimate. Under Waiting for your answer, they click Read and answer, choose an option if there are several, type their name, tick that they agree and click Yes, go ahead. Or they click No thanks. A yes is recorded like a signature on the phone; you still apply the estimate in the office.
Pay a bill. Under Your bills they see what is owed. Where your company takes cards, a bill has Pay by card. Where it does not, the page tells them to reply to your email.
See photos and certificates. Under Your visits, a finished visit shows the photos you chose to share, and its Completion certificate.
Ask for a visit. Under Ask for a visit they say what they need and when suits them, then click Send request. It reaches you on Requests. It is a request, not a booking.
Print. Your statement and Print or save as PDF are on the page too.

A link works for 90 days. When it runs out, the page offers Email me a new link, which goes to the address you have for them, never to one typed in.
If a link has gone to the wrong person, click Turn off old links. Every link sent before stops working. An Admin or a Manager can do this.
To share photos, tick show them under each photo on the job. Then Email the photo report sends them.
The page shows only what is theirs: sent bills, presented estimates and their visits. It never shows costs, margins or your own notes.
If your plan is read-only, the page still shows everything but cannot take answers or payments.
